In keeping with the objectives of the Mathematics Program, SOFAD offers classroom and distance learning resources that are designed to help learners build mathematical knowledge and develop ability to employ strategies and reasoning skills. These guides and complementary multimedia resources encourage learners to solve realistic problems using various strategies and enable them to build mathematical knowledge and develop versatile skills that are useful in real-life problem-solving situations.

  • MATHEMATICS – PREVIOUS PROGRAM

    In keeping with the objectives of the Mathematics Program, SOFAD offers classroom and distance learning resources that are designed to help learners master mathematical concepts so they can gain a better understanding of their environment. This involves making connections between concepts and seeing how they apply to real-life situations; using strategies and appropriate mathematical language in order to process information; developing a rigorous working method, notably by increasing their ability to use a structured approach and mathematical reasoning to solve problems; and mastering the use of appropriate technological tools.
